SHIPPING


If the piece you order is not in stock then we'll make it to order. Made-to-order art glass pieces ship 6 - 8 weeks. In stock items ship on a weekly basis and generally take 5 business days to arrive. If you need something sooner, let us know and we can make arrangements. 

Items ship via UPS or USPS. We'll contact you when your order is ready for shipment. All our packages are double boxed to protect the contents. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


EXCHANGE POLICY


Our art glass is hand created and not manufactured. Small blemishes in the glass and variances in size and shape of the shades and art glass pieces are inherent to hand blown glass. We want you to be pleased with your choices. Art glass pieces can be exchanged once within a 90 day period for a restocking fee plus shipping, or returned for store credit. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition. Contact our gallery for more details.

Bought them used (don't do it plz) and they work well but at times I notice a hissing sound that always happens when I'm not playing any audio from them, and then there's times where there's no hissing sound. Idk if anyone actually did long enough testing on this product when it got sent back, or else they would've fixed the hissing problem. I assume that was why it was sent back in the first place 3. Box was terribly packaged. No bubble wrap what so ever, the box the actual speakers were in also had nothing keeping them safe from getting smacked around during shipping. Multi billion dollar company can't even go the extra mile for the people who are paying them and keeping them in the business.
