Through upcycling, Jawoll Baby saves the valuable material wool and makes it usable again, as here as warm and at the same time soft gloves for children.
The mitten is made of a very compact wool material made of 100% cashmere (like thick wool felt), the cuff is made of soft, stretchy wool.
The compacted wool is water and dirt repellent. To maintain these properties, treat the gloves to a moisturizing wool treatment during or after washing. It is usually sufficient to knock or brush off dirt.

If you want to connect the gloves with a strap or hold them together with a carabiner, you can use the logos on the side.

To ensure that the gloves stay on your hand, the cuff is extra long and can be folded over. This means that no skin shows through your jacket or suit.

Wool is a wonderful natural material: it regulates temperature, is breathable, dirt-repellent and odor-resistant. These are all properties that make wool an ideal material for baby and children's clothing.
However, breeding sheep for wool production is harmful to the climate and involves animal suffering.
A sustainable alternative is the use of existing resources: Jawoll Baby gives damaged wool sweaters a new life and makes the valuable resource wool usable again.
The orange thread from Jawoll Baby: Wool is biodegradable - polyester yarn is not. When the textile's usage cycle is over, you can see at a glance through the orange seams where you can separate the thread and wool and thus enable recycling. Only separated materials can be recycled in the household waste.
For any small holes that may appear during use, I will include a piece of the original fabric with your order. This way you can repair your favorite piece and use it for a long time.
