The Diamond Small is a 3.3-inch porcelain plant pot from Chive Studio. Four flat faces, a drainage hole, and a flush-fitting saucer in the same matte porcelain glaze. The geometry is identical to the Diamond Medium at smaller scale. The root room is different. The opinion about where it belongs is identical.
The small version came after the medium, because the medium was right first, and the small is simply the same geometry with less root room. We considered calling it something else. We did not. The Diamond Small is the Diamond Small. It does what the medium does for plants that do not need five inches to do it in.
McKee Botanical Garden stocks the Diamond Small. The San Antonio Botanical Garden carries it in the gift shop. These are buyers with a specific eye for botanical-grade ceramics. They chose four sides at three inches. So did we, eventually, after the usual argument.
