Second-Hand Strollers Only: All strollers featured on our website are second-hand, meaning they have been previously owned and used by other families.

Performance Testing: Before shipment, all strollers undergo thorough performance testing to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you wish to receive videos or additional photos of the stroller you've selected, please send a direct message to our Instagram page with your receipt. We will provide you with a portfolio detailing the condition and performance of your chosen stroller.

Final Sale: All stroller purchases made through TrooBaby are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

One-Time Exchange: In the event that you receive a stroller that does not meet your expectations or has a manufacturer's defect, TrooBaby will allow a one-time exchange for another stroller of equal or lesser value. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your stroller to initiate the exchange process.

Repairs and Replacement Parts: At this time, TrooBaby does not offer repairs for torn fabrics or replacement parts for missing pieces on second-hand strollers.

Cleaning Service: As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, TrooBaby provides the initial cleaning of the stroller at no additional charge. Should you require a deep clean, an additional fee of $20 will be incurred.
