The seat reclines to a near-flat position with one hand, which is the feature that separates the Libelle 2 from lighter umbrella strollers that only work for upright alert toddlers. A near-flat recline means a napping child can sleep comfortably during long travel days without being propped at an angle that disrupts sleep. The adjustable leg rest supports ergonomic positioning for children at different stages, and the front-wheel suspension absorbs surface variation on city pavement, airport terminals, and uneven sidewalks. The extendable UPF 50+ canopy with peek-a-boo window provides full overhead coverage during outdoor use.
The Libelle 2 is suitable from 6 months through approximately 4 years up to 55 lbs as a standalone stroller seat. From birth it works as a travel system with any Cybex infant car seat using the included adapters, which also covers compatibility with the Nuna PIPA Aire and select Maxi-Cosi infant seats. The one-pull harness cinches securely with a single hand motion. The underseat basket holds up to 22 lbs and a zipped back pocket adds accessible storage for travel documents or a phone.
