Unlike greenhouse-grown specimens, these hard-grown San Pedros have been cultivated under natural conditions, resulting in thicker, sturdier stems, deep green coloration, and a robust root system ready to thrive. These cacti are accustomed to the elements, making them ideal for outdoor landscapes, large containers, or collectors seeking a resilient, high-quality specimen.

Size & Potting
With a well-established root system, these cacti are ready for a 15-gallon pot or an open garden space where they can continue to flourish. I will say, if the food is extremely hot, the bottom of the plate does warm up pretty fast since the plates are somewhat thin underneath. Sometimes using two plates instead of one helps with that. Aside from that though, they’ve been excellent. For the amount you get, the quality is genuinely solid and they’ve held up really well for everyday use. Amazon Basics definitely nailed these. 100% would recommend them.
