Care Plan for Monstera deliciosa 'Mint':

1. Light:

   • Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its variegation. Exposure to too much direct sunlight can cause the leaves to burn, while too little light can lead to a loss of variegation.
   • If kept in low light conditions, growth may slow, and new leaves may emerge with fewer splits.

2. Watering:

   • Water when the top 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) of the soil feels dry. Thoroughly water until it drains from the bottom, but do not let the plant sit in water to avoid root rot.
   • Reduce watering during winter when the plant's growth slows down.

3. Humidity:

   • Thrives in high humidity environments, ideally around 60% or higher. If your space is dry, mist the plant regularly or use a humidifier.
   • Higher humidity will encourage larger, healthier leaves with more pronounced fenestrations.

4. Soil:

   • Use a well-draining potting mix that retains moisture but allows excess water to escape. A blend of peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark works well.
   • Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent water from sitting at the bottom.

5. Fertiliser:

   • Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Cut back fertilisation during autumn and winter.
