Model: The TX Interfacer

Condition: New

Description:

The Interfacer is designed to manage all your input, tuning, muting, stereo summing, isolating, phase correction and output needs.

There are two versions of The Interfacer.  The TX Interfacer (gold print) and The Interfacer (white print).  Both versions have the same features and are made with the same components except that The TX Interfacer adds an audio transformer to give the option of ground lift and phase correction (read more below).

Summing
The Interfacer has two types of summing: Stereo Sum and Split Sum. To access these two modes, use the internal DIP switch to select which mode is best for you.

  1. Stereo Sum – This is the default mode The Interfacer ships with.  In this mode use stereo effects as normal. When summed, the left and right inputs are merged and the exact same signal is sent to the left and right outputs.
  2. Split sum – Still use stereo effects as normal. When summed, the right input is ignored and the left input is split to both left and right outputs.

Ground Lift & Phase Correction (The TX Interfacer only)

The Interfacer TX comes with ground lift and phase correction for players that want to run more than one amp.

  1. Ground Lift – There are times when two amps are being used that an audible hum/buzz can be heard coming out of your amps. When plugged into one amp only, the hum/buzz is not present.  This is commonly referred to as a ground loop.  This happens when there is more than one path to earth.  To safely fix this common problem, a transformer is needed to isolate your second amp and create one path to ground.  Push the red ground lift button to isolate your right amp from your left.
  2. Phase Correction – Another common issue when running two amps is phase cancellation. Some amps are in phase in relation to each other and other amps are not.  When amps are out of phase with each other they are cancelling each other out.  This is most noticeable in the lower frequencies.  Normally this would mean you can’t use those amps together.  With the black phase correction button you can now put two amps that were out of phase, back in phase and working together.  To access this, turn on the transformer (red button) and flip the phase (black button).

Master Mute
Hit the foot switch on The Interfacer to mute your signal before it reaches your amps. No matter what craziness is happening on your board, the master mute has the final say on what does or doesn’t get sent to your amp.

Inputs

There are two inputs on The Interfacer; a moveable buffered input and a passive input.

  1. Passive Input – Best to use if you have effects on your board such as a vintage wah or fuzz that don’t quite sound the same with a buffer before them. After your last fuzz or wah pedal you can then plug into the buffered input of The Interfacer to make use of the buffer and dedicated tuner output. The passive input can also be used for off-board expression pedals and tap tempo.  Permanently connect either a TS or TRS cable from the passive send to a pedal that can receive expression or tap control and then patch an expression or tap pedal into the passive input.
  2. Moveable Buffered Input – The buffered input can be moved anywhere in your mono signal chain. Simply plug into the passive input, put all the pedals want you want before your buffer here. After the last pre-buffer pedal, plug into the buffered input to make use of the buffer and always on tuner output.

All Interfacers are made with high quality, durable components.

IMPORTANT – Use only 9vDC centre negative plug to power!  100mA
Dimensions including all jacks and switches are: 127mm long x 77mm wide x 73mm high.

    Great buy
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Pack of 2
Easy to track balls. My dog loves them and I like that they whistle when you throw them cause some times my dog loses track of it in the air. This helps because they can hear where it's going. Will buy again.

    My Dog's Favorite Balls
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Pack of 2
My dogs love these balls and won't play with any others. My lab has to carry the orange ball and track and retrieve the blue one. We have a system!

Our perfect chew toy for a relentless chewer!
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Pack of 2
We have looked high and low for a ball that our Australian Shepherd couldn't destroy. Read on to find out why we are sticking with this one. We've used other Chuckit! products in the past to mixed degrees of success. We absolutely love the ring fetch toy, though the dog can destroy those rings in a couple days. We tried other "nearly indestructible" balls only to have to throw them away within a couple days because our dog had destroyed them and left small pieces around the house for the baby to find. We have been COMPLETELY satisfied by these balls. They fit with the Chuckit! stick, which is a great bonus, but the most important thing is the dog hasn't been able to get pieces torn out of them. His orange one is his "indoor toy" and he's been going to town on it for weeks without any indication of wear. We periodically inspect it and are always floored to see that it's generally in the same condition as when we gave it to him. The orange color did fade a little when he left it outside for a few days in the sun, but considering how well it works otherwise, this didn't concern us at all. The "whistling" aspect of this ball is... well, an interesting gimmick but I wouldn't buy it if that's what you're interested in. Sometimes it makes noise in flight, other times it doesn't. We don't care. He chews it until he's tired of it (which is usually hours) and it squeaks and squorks on his teeth which keeps him happy as a clam. We honestly didn't think we'd find a ball that could keep up with his chewing, but this one has been phenomenal. We cannot recommend it enough!

    Our German Sheppard loves these
    Size: Medium
These cost a bit more than tennis balls, but they are so much nicer and longer lasting. For starters, they stay cleaner than tennis balls because they’re smooth rubber. Dirt won’t build up on them and if anything does stick, like grass or soil, it falls off once the dog slobber dries. They’re also thick, so they don’t fall apart or blow out like a normal tennis ball does in our dog’s jaws after 30 seconds. Our GS chomps on these like crazy and the only damage they’ve suffered is a crack that developed from the edge of the hole, but the crack is growing very slowly and none of these balls have totally failed yet. The balls do whistle when thrown ant high speed and that may help a dog track and locate it, but I’m not sure. Our neighbors hear the whistling too so it’s far from silent. Lastly the orange ball is easy to locate out in our yard, but the dark blue practically disappears.

    Great for smaller dogs
    Size: Small
These two balls are perfect for the smaller mouthed dog that loves to play fetch. These balls are not only super durable (lots of teeth biting), but float in the baby pool we use for our miniature dachshunds. The value here is much better than you’d find anywhere else. The noise, if bitten hard enough, was “low” at best. Easy to spot/find if overthrown. Will definitely buy again once these are in bad repair; so far, so good-love these for my fur babies!
