It is particularly well-suited for tackling hills or embarking on long-distance rides of over 15 miles that might be too challenging for a single-speed bike. Optimized for riders up to 5'11", the frame geometry ensures a balanced, comfortable fit for standard heights.
At the core of the Urban Man 7-Speed is the Shimano gear system, widely considered the best seven-speed option for a cruiser. This system uses a derailleur to move the chain between different sprockets as you shift gears. Gear one is the easiest to pedal, making it ideal for going uphill or maintaining a slow, steady pace. Gear seven provides the most resistance, which is what you will use for high-speed riding and coasting downhill.
