Designed for backcountry rescue, this tarp is the multi-tool you didn’t know you needed. Use it to transport an injured partner, build an emergency snow cave, or configure as a bivy sack or bothy bag.

Built from Challenge Sailcloth’s new ULTRAGRID fabric (UHMWPE + recycled polyester) in the center and silicone ripstop nylon on the perimeter, it’s the toughest guide tarp available. A foot-box feature with 8 tie-downs reduces the chance of sliding, while Kam Snaps allow quick bivy/bothy setups.

We can't use any tools to do that and it has to be done manually and every joint was very tight and very hard to to do. I had to struggle to make 24 joints for the length I need. At one point I was going to return it, but I needed it very badly so continued with the assembly.
