The benefits of gravel wheels G25

For riders on rugged and loose terrain, mainly riding on dirt, it is important to usually find more confidence and control from larger-capacity tires.
G25 can be applied to wider tires, allowing you to face various situations with ease in bikepacking.
G25 gravel wheels get rid of the shackles of road wheels, allowing you to get a riding experience no less than MTB ride.

Gravel biking is sweeping the world, and ICAN has been part of the revolution since it began. The company keeps up with new technology and  research findings to produce cutting edge, affordable carbon frames and bike components for gravel riding. And now ICAN engineers have come up with a new 650B carbon wheelset – a handbuilt landmark in wheel design, launched in 2021.

Meet the new 650b gravel wheelset G25. It has everything a gravel rider or backpacker needs in the 650B size.

At 27.5” diameter, performance strikes a happy medium between 26” and 29” wheels. Fatter tires and lower pressures guarantee a stable, comfortable ride, somewhere between the sharp responses of a 26” MTB wheel and the smoothness of a 29er. And it's popular among shorter riders, who find a 29” wheel is too tall for them.

The entire wheelset mass is only 1340 grams. With an internal width of  25mm, the carbon rims can take tires measuring between 35mm and 50mm.

They give what enthusiasts call “a real MTB” feel” on a rough or unstable surface. And they are ready to go tubeless. The lay up is in Toray T700 fiber, for a rim that's 35mm deep. Black alloy spoke nipples match the rim color, and the 24 tough spokes are Sapim CX-Ray, laced in two-cross pattern.

The disc brake hubs are the new ICAN D21 – thru-axle centerlock,12x100mm in front,12x42mm rear, and ready for disc brakes. The rear freehub is a marvel in itself, with six pawls, and no less than 72 attachment points. Freewheel, and listen to that sweet buzz! It's ready to take a Shimano 10 or 11 speed cassette – or a Sram XDR.

What hub does the 650B gravel wheelset G25 use?

The 650b gravel wheelset is equipped with ICAN Cycling's latest 6 Pawls Freehub with 72 Engagement Points.See the video below.

About the D21 hub

- What brand bearings are used

Front hub : 6803*2,S&S bearing

Rear hub: 15267*1,6902*3 S&S bearing

What width rim-tape do you recommend to use with 25mm internal width hookless rims?

It is better to use 24mm tape to the G25 wheels.

As off-road cycling spreads out into various branches, ICAN engineers are ready to meet difference  performance demands.

And the carbon gravel wheelset G25 is just such a no-compromise design, with a single purpose – to give the gravel rider and backpacker an optimal experience. It sells for $650 and comes with a two-year guarantee.

Reliable, Comfortable, and Good-Looking Chair — I Keep Coming Back to It
Color: White
This is my fourth time purchasing this Amazon Basics mid-back office chair, which says a lot about its overall value. It looks clean and modern, fits well in a home office, and is genuinely comfortable for daily use. I typically get about a year and a half out of each one, which feels reasonable given the price point and materials. Out of the box, the chair is easy to assemble and immediately comfortable. The padding is supportive, the armrests are well positioned, and the faux leather gives it a more upscale appearance than many chairs in this category. It rolls smoothly, swivels easily, and works well for long computer sessions without causing back or shoulder fatigue. That said, this is not a lifetime chair. After extended use, the cushioning and structure do begin to wear, and that’s usually when I replace it. Still, considering the comfort, appearance, and cost, it remains one of the best value office chairs I’ve found — which is why I keep buying it again. Pros: • Comfortable padding and good mid-back support • Clean, modern appearance that looks great in an office • Smooth rolling and stable base • Easy assembly • Excellent value for the price Cons: • Durability is moderate; expect replacement after about 1½ years • Not designed for long-term heavy-duty use Verdict: If you want a comfortable, attractive, and affordable office chair that performs well for daily use, this is a strong choice. It may not last forever, but its comfort and value make it easy to recommend — and easy to repurchase.

Good Basic Chair with a Few Drawbacks
Color: Black
I bought this Amazon Basics office task chair for my boyfriend who works from home. Overall, it’s a decent, simple chair that gets the job done for everyday use, especially if you just need something functional and affordable. However, there are a couple of downsides. The recline doesn’t go back as much as he would like, so it’s not ideal if you prefer to lean back and relax between tasks. Also, after about a month of use, the wheels don’t glide as smoothly as they did at first, which can be a bit frustrating when rolling across the floor. Overall, it’s a solid basic chair for light use, but if you want something with a deeper recline or super smooth mobility long-term, you might want to consider other options. Still a reasonable purchase depending on your needs.

Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid
Color: Black
I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!
