Philodendron houseplants are among the easiest plants to care for, making them perfect for the amateur plant collector who wants to branch out into new areas. The foliage will grow exponentially in size if they receive good filtered light, is mounted to a moss pole, and is allowed to climb up it. Follow this instruction to keep your Philodendron happy and healthy.
Light: Medium to bright filtered light.
Water: Allow the soil to dry out two-thirds between watering. Prevent prolonged dryness.
Humidity: Average room humidity is sufficient, though higher can benefit your plant greatly.
Fertilizer: Use a well-balanced organic fertilizer once a month from Spring through Summer.
