From ripping, huge Stooges tones to raspy 60s psych Velvet Underground fuzziness.

Its not a Fuzzface, Tonebender or Big Muff .. its the Izzrite.

If you love 60s clanky, scuzzy fuzztones of you'll dig Izzy's new creation - the IzzRite. Based on the Mozrite Fuzzrite but with an added control labelled 'Height' which mis-biases one of the transistors for more volume AND 60s psych clatter

Controls are Vol - Height - Depth.

  • Vol speaks for itself
  • Depth is best described as a primitive clean blend between a less fuzzy transistor and an almost broken sounding one.
  • Height - Is our mod that mis-biases the cleaner transistor to add another layer of texture

Built using a pair of Dec 1984 ME C1016 Red Dot silicon transistors from our growing stash of factory graded transistor batches from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Izzy screen prints the enclosures using super glossy old school black enamel ink onto the black sand textured, powder coat.

Black on Black its hard to photograph just how cool this finish is.

We build all our fuzz pedals in our garden workshop in Northamptonshire UK. This includes painting, drilling, and screen printing the design onto the enclosures. Izzy populates the vintage style circuit board with the finest components. We finish the entire pedal to a standard that looks as good inside, as it sounds on the outside. It might be covered up but when you're in that moment you KNOW the mojo you have under the hood.

Please be aware, these are totally hand built and so there might me some slight cosmetic variation between each pedal. Tonally, We play each one to make sure they sound as good as the first one, before signing off, no tone generator, no gadgets - just a telecaster and my ears.

Please note, all my silicon pedals have a boss style 2.1 center negative DC jack only, there is no battery snap. silicon transistors are not sensitive to DC supply type unlike their germanium counterparts.

Great price great shoe
Size: 12, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
Excellent shoe. Tried the Sebago penny loafer and the sizing was ridiculous. These J and M are sized perfectly. I’ve had them before and they wear like iron. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Quality shoe but with a slight squeak.
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
Nice shoes with the classic Penny Loafer design. Fit was better than another brand I tried. Only reason not 5 starts is disappointment due to a slight squeak at times when walking.

Exact item ordered, quick delivery
Size: 9.5, Color: Black Polished Full Grain
I ordered these black Cole Haan penny loafers for casual wear with jeans, khakies, and even business casual with slacks and a jacket. They've always worked perfectly for these uses. The Cole Haan version is the most versatile and still meets my sophisticated look criteria. I wear a 9 1/2 M with almost all other shoes. I have found Cole Haan to run slightly wider and slightly shorter. This fit will work with thin and no socks and a little loose in width. . I'd likely order a 10 N next time. I tend to forget this but it runs consistent with me for Cole Haan. 5 stars for the shoe and service. My bad on the slightly off fit.

Poor quality control - maybe outlet store leftovers
Size: 11.5, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
The two shoes were not the same size. They were both labeled 11 1/2 but one shoe was larger than the other and the fit was poor. I returned the first pair and ordered a replacement. This time the shoes were close to the same size but too loose and the left one has sewing issues. I've bought Johnston & Murphy for years because of the quality. These were to replace an existing pair of burgundy penny loafers that have finally worn out (even after several heal/sole replacements). That is the expected quality. I suspect Nashville Shoe Warehouse may be handling shoes that didn't measure up for the quality; more like an outlet mall than getting the J&M quality I've come to expect. Update: went to Johnston & Murphy site to buy "direct" from the manufacturer. There were several recent reviews where the shoes were long and didn't fit properly. Genesco - please step up the manufacture / crafting of these classic shoes to the level of quality they used to have.
