The 43 ASC extensions from Profile Design are the next evolutionary step in aero handlebars. Only the clamp and the grip area are round. Everything else is kammtail-shaped and therefore more aerodynamic. In addition, the carbon "tubes" disappear completely under the forearm due to the bend, see the competition photo on my Cervélo P5. These extensions are the closest you can get to custom models, which are all well into the four-figure range. In addition, the adjustability is still available, which in my opinion is much more important for most pilots, including myself, than looking like a professional.

The key data: 22.2 clamp and therefore suitable for all standard clamps. Inner diameter 19 millimeters, so the RS910 junction box from Shimano's Di2 fits in there. 400 millimeters long, the grip area is 107 millimeters high from the bottom edge to the end of the shifter mount and bent at 43°. 230 grams per pair.
