We designed our own proprietary sizes of 20% 40% and 60% reduction specifically for the 350D Foreman. Gear indicator cup delete neutral wire mod required. We offer stiffer clutch springs for these reductions which can be found in the "Foreman 350D"
These are our American-made billet gear reduction offerings for the 85'-87' Honda Foreman 350D. Our gears are CNC machined from raw billet 4140 material, not powdered metal like the cheaper chinese brands. We designed our own proprietary sizes of 20% 40% and 60% reduction specifically for the 350D Foreman. Gear indicator cup delete/neutral wire mod required. We offer stiffer clutch springs for these reductions which can be found in the "Foreman 350D" and "Parts" sections of the site listed as "TRX Springs". The stiffer springs can be ran with any size reduction but are necessary for the 60% to prevent clutch slippage. There is a sizing chart tab on the home page with reduction to tire size recommendations.
We have an install video on YouTube for the TRX300 which is very similar to the 350D. The main difference is the 350D does not require grinding in the kick stopper area.
