You need to be careful when comparing vitamins and supplements anywhere you choose to buy them because although they will advertise 500mg,for instance, some you need to take two tablet to get that 500mg. I think that is a little shady and makes it harder to compare. I chose to go with the 1 capsule equals one dose brands. It just makes me trust them more. This is one of those brands. I actually have only been taking them for a week or two but if they were not 500mg and a good quality magnesium my body would tell me in just a few days. There is only one con I would have yo say that I wish they would specify what percentage of which type of magnesium this is. Most likely the oxide at this price but it just would be nice to know.
