The Coastal Cruiser Classic Cruiser 500W 48V Step-Thru Electric Bike has a reputation for being the most comfortable ride out there. Equipped with a Shimano 7-speed derailleur, 180mm front, and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a motor cut-off switch, this bike offers smooth and safe stopping power with either pedal assistance or throttle functions so you can choose between 1-5 levels. The step-thru frame is super easy to get on, and is renowned for being the most comfortable ride out there!
Our beach cruisers come with throttle and pedal assist functions with the option of choosing between one to five levels of pedal assistance which regulate the amount of propulsion that you receive from the motor via the large control screen that is located on the bars.
Set your bike at the highest setting for smooth riding, or if in search of a workout, and would like to preserve a bit of the battery's lifespan you can set it to a lower level.
You can also utilize an electronic throttle that you can use to go easy and use your electric cruiser bike as a moped.

15.6AH 48V Removable Lithium Battery: Our Step-Thru Electric Bike is equipped with Samsung Cell Lithium Ion 48V 15.6AH batteries with strong and efficient 500W Hengtai geared rear hub motors. With this setup, you'll be sure to get an average of 20-40 miles on a single charge.
20+ Miles/Hour Speed: If speed is what you're after, we have that covered too! Coastal Cruiser bikes can reach speeds of up to 20+ miles per hour, allowing you to get to your destination faster without breaking a sweat!
500W Power Motor: Our Step-Over Electric Bike offer both pedal assist and throttle functions with the ability to choose between 1-5 levels of pedal assist which control the amount of propulsion you get from the motor – via the bright control screen mounted on the handlebars.
Shimano 7 Speed Derailleur: Equipped with a Shimano 7-speed derailleur, getting up hills is easier than ever and when you’re coming downhill, don’t worry, the Jevelo 180mm front & rear hydraulic disc brakes with motor cut-off switch offers smooth and safe stopping power.
