- Packe dein defektes Gerät zusammen mit einer Notiz "zur Reparatur (und den Fehler/Defekt)" gut ein und bringe es zu einer DHL Filiale. Dort wird nach vorzeigen des Rücksende-Codes das Etikett gedruckt und auf der Sendung angebracht.
- Sobald wir deine Sendung erhalten, reparieren wir dein Lenkrad umgehend und versenden es wieder an Dich.
- Du erhältst dein frisch generalüberholten Pedal-Satz im Handumdrehen zurück.

Hintergrund:
Unser Ziel ist es möglichst viele Elektrogeräte vor dem Wegwerfen zu bewahren. Mit unserem stetig wachsenden Sortiment aus Ersatzteilen haben wir bereits vielen Elektrogeräten die Tonne und so unseren Kunden den Kauf eines neuen Gerätes erspart. Doch das Problem mit dem wir als Gesellschaft Umwelttechnisch zu tun haben ist sehr groß, so groß, wie unser Anspruch und Ehrgeiz als Nachhaltiges Unternehmen daran etwas zu ändern. Um nun mehr Menschen zum Reparieren zu motivieren und bildlich zeigen zu können wie viele Reparaturen einfach selber durchgeführt werden können, haben wir uns ein neues Format überlegt. In Zukunft, das heißt sobald die Vorbereitungen abgeschlossen sind, möchten wir für unsere Kunden und Zuschauer kostenlos Reparaturen an zunächst ausgewählten Logitech Artikeln im Livestream anbieten. Unser Gedanke hierbei ist es, vielen Zuschauern guten, nachhaltigen Content zu bieten, zur Unterstützung anzuregen und so die kostenlosen Reparaturen in Zukunft zu ermöglichen.
Wichtige Hinweise:
- Die Bilder sind Beispiel-Bilder. Geliefert wird nur die beschriebene Reparatur.
- Der Preis beinhaltet 2x Versandkosten DHL Paket, 19% DE MwSt., 15% Ebay & Werbekosten, Ersatzteile, Verpackungsmitten, Zeitaufwand für Reparatur (DE Zeit, nicht CN)... warum schreiben wir das? Um die Frage wie der Preis zu Stande kommt vorab zu beantworten;)
- Die Vorbereitungen für den Livestream werden noch bis ca. Mitte Februar aufgrund von Lieferzeiten andauern. Daher werden bis dahin alle Reparaturen zeitnah offline ausgeführt.
- Werfen Sie defekte Elektrogeräte bitte nicht einfach weg, bei Bedarf senden wir Ihnen gern ein Einsendeetikett für Ihre defekten oder nicht mehr genutzten Elektro-Kleingeräte zu.
- Gerne können Sie defekte oder nicht genutzte Elektro-Kleingeräte auch Ihrer Reparatursendung an uns beilegen!

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Best decision ever!
I purchased the protection plan to cover my heat press. I didn't think that I would need it nor ever use it but wanted to be sure I had some sort of warranty in place since I was spending a large amount of money. I did have to file a claim with Asurion and they were great to work with! They provided me with the assurance that I would not have to come out of pocket again to fix my machine. It is worth the money to get the coverage. You never know when you will need it.

Machine stopped working after factory warranty expired
My Cricut Maker 3 stopped working after 2.5 years and luckily I had bought this insurance for 3 years. I summited my claim and Asurion provided a UPS prepaid shipping label, I had to pack the machine and send it but I did not have a box beg enough to put the machine so it took me around 5 days to find one. When I tried to print the shipping label, it was not working so I contacted Asurion customer service, the customer service associate was very friendly and helped me to get a new shipping label. Did no have any issues, so would recommend to get this protection in case your factory warranty runs out.
